Equipment for processing of manure

All farmers and agricultural businesses connected with livestock or poultry breeding, constantly have one important issue on the agenda. It is a matter of disposal or recycling of manure and litter. Especially this question is actual for those businesses where there is a large number of heads of cattle per area unit, and there is no vacant space or special facilities for the storage of constantly accumulating animal and poultry waste. This question becomes even more urgent in light of the need to comply with legislation and regulations relating to the management of the ecological balance in the management of livestock activities and for the use of organic fertilizers. All of the above requires a balanced and thoughtful approach to storage, processing manure and its use.

There are several options to address this important issue. The choice of one or more of the options will depend on the objectives, opportunities and ways of conducting business activities of each company. If the goal is to get the economy of traditional natural fertilizer for crop production, and company has enough time, space or special facilities, then that is perhaps a way of composting manure for the semi-species (cow), which takes up to a year, or a method of biofermentation for liquid and semi-liquid manure of species (pig), which is slightly faster.

Our company offers other options and their combinations for processing of manure, bird droppings and other biological wastes in agriculture. The main objectives: to speed up the refining process and getting final product, to reduce the area used to maximize benefits from existing waste processing and receive a direct return on the final product realization.

The first step is getting raw materials of necessary humidity. This is not just important, but essential for liquid and semi-liquid manure of species, as well as, where cleaning is carried out not by scraping method but a flushing method. For this purpose, it is proposed to use Auger separator desiccator (screw dehydrator), which effectively separates the available biomass into liquid and solid components. Productivity - 15 m3 / h. At the outlet, the separator provides hardstock humidity to 60%. It is enough to move the manure into the shoulder or in a compost pit for later use by traditional technology. It is possible to move this 60% humidity manure through a screw separator dehydrator, getting the output raw material with moisture content up to 40%, and this is sufficient to proceed to the next step.

The second step is getting briquetted or granulated products. For this propose, use a Extrusion press (screw press) or developed on its base, a Auger feed (screw) granulator. Performance of presses of this design may reach 10 tons of briquettes per hour, of granulators - up to 5 tons. The resulting briquettes are commonly used as environmentally friendly biofuels. That is becoming increasingly topical against the background of the rapid rise in price of traditional energy sources. The resulting granules can also be used as biofuel. But, in addition, it is also an excellent organic fertilizer. But it is not received in a year, as by a method of composting in piles or pits, but immediately sterilized through high temperature of molding and ready for use.

It is also possible, and the third stage - when the company has a goal to offer their products to the market. At this stage, it is proposed to use the industrial tunnel belt dryer. This is an effective dryer of continuous action for piece, lumpy, coarse, and other types of materials and products. Through it briquette production through the pipeline is fed into the hopper drive or directly to the packing unit.
