CONVECTION DRYING OVEN

Convection drying ovens of the DO series are designed for drying various types of raw materials: vegetables, fruits, root crops, teas, algae, berries, mushrooms, meat, fish, animal and fish feed, etc., at temperatures up to + 150C. The principle of operation of the cabinets lies in a well-built system of air ducts and fans that evenly distribute the heated air inside the chamber in such a way that each tray with nets from above and below is blown with a hot stream. This drying method has many advantages over other types of drying equipment.

 

The advantages of our drying ovens:

  • The inside of the drying chamber is protected from negative influences by food grade stainless steel AISI 304, outside, at the request of the customer, it can be made of stainless steel, upholstered with polymer or special painting.
  • Trays made of food-grade stainless steel and nets of various sizes for various products come with the oven.
  • The body is insulated with a non-combustible material to minimize heat loss when used in unheated rooms.
  • For production that requires hanging raw materials, the chamber can be equipped with hook rails.
