Our company manufactures belt infrared drying tunnel, through which very long list of different types of products, components and materials can be dried. These include:

Features and benefits
Due to the peculiarities of the technology, infrared drying has enormous advantages over conventional drying methods. Enterprises using infrared equipment of industrial drying greatly reduce production costs, because infrared radiation heats objects directly, rather than air. Thus, the heating time is significantly reduced, thereby accelerating the whole drying process. Due to the high heat fluxes, the process of heat transfer by means of infrared radiation intensity increases moisture evaporation from the product in several times compared to the conventional convection method. Using infrared heating drying is very effective for thin layers. In this case, drying intensification increases by 1.5-2.0 times while reducing energy consumption by 1.5 times. Generally, the heat rays penetrate into the thickness of the product up to 10-20mm, where they heat the product itself and the moisture contained. Therefore, the heating process is several times more intense than when blowing hot air, respectively, and the water turns into steam very rapidly. Companies that use infrared drying for various agricultural products, vegetables, fruits, berries receive additional benefits that such products retains all their beneficial properties and taste, long shelf life and do not deteriorate, as there is also the destruction or inhibition of various bacterial species, which in turn improves the product quality. Exposure to infrared rays is a natural way of drying and does not harm human health and environment.
Design and principle of operation
Our Company manufactures industrial conveyor dryers of tunnel-type with drying technology based on infrared radiation. In these dryers, the material to be dried moves inside the drying chamber by an endless belt (or several successive belts) stretched between the drive and driven drums. Heating material, products, semi-finished products is carried out by ceramic infra-red radiators located throughout the area of the working chamber. The drying process is accelerated by intensive and continuous removal of evaporating moisture from chamber by exhaust fans.
In summary, there are several aspects that are most important and decisive in the choice of our proposed dryers.
First is, of course, profitability. It saves not only the cost of electricity at high efficiency. You can also save production areas when selecting the dryer performed at two or three levels.
The second is high efficiency, including uniform heating of the product without underheating and overheating, and minimizing the time spent on processing (high speed). This is achieved by using high-performance high-quality infrared emitters.
Third is environmental friendliness and lack of dust. Indeed, if the product is present in the fine fraction, any airflow leads to its atomization. It is achieved by exhaust ventilation and ecology is provided by infrared radiation.
Fourth is fire safety and high controllability of the process. There are no hot and overheated parts and assemblies, as when use heaters. Monitoring and control occur via the control panel and advanced sensors inside the chamber.
And the fifth is, of course, the relatively low price of the equipment and its quick payback.
