Lines for the production of fuel briquettes (NESTRO)
This type of equipment is used for the briquetting of organic waste:
- Timber waste
- Sunflower husks
- Grain waste
- Straw
- Turf
Line Options:
- Fine crushers (hammer type)
- Dryiers
- Impact mechanical press PB.
- Cooling unit for briquette
- Loading unit.
If the raw material has the optimum moisture content and fractional composition of briquetting material (husks, dry sawdust, grain), crushing and drying does not need. The technological process of briquetting (in general) consists of the following steps: collection of raw materials, grinding, storage, sorting, drying and pressing, packaging of briquette , storage and shipping . Briquetting line equipment can be placed parallel or mixed. Serial lining machines and mechanisms should be approximately the same. The lines parallel aggregation equipment performance ratio can be different . Most easiest way to use a serial arrangement of equipment equipped with buffering devices that carry flexible connection between adjacent units. Buffer device for briquetting lines a silo or cyclone with mechanisms for delivering briquetting mass.
Basic requirements for the feed:
- Moisture content not more than 12%
- Rot content of not more than 5%
- size of particles of 5 mm
Briquetting of wood waste.
Chunky wood waste feed to chipping machine to obtain chips and then send to grinding machine for making sawdust. These shavings and sawdust from primary production are sent to the hopper. From the hopper the chips are fed into the heat source of the drying drum and the furnace flue devices. In the heat generator sawdust mixed with the flue gases and send to the drying drum. Drying drum is adjacent to furnace complete with special hopper with dispensing function and between them there is a heat generator. From the drying drum air mixture (saw dust with flue gases) fed into the cycle. Sawdust feed to the cycle by means of pneumatic effect that creates by a fan. The same fan sucks the flue gases from the furnace. Inside the Cyclone it separates the dry sawdust from waste gases. Sawdust deposited on the bottom through the rotary valve (feeder) deliver to conveyor then it delivers to a pressing equipment (if it has hopper) or to the storage. Dry sawdust send to pressing equipment from storage.
