In continuous carbonization pyrolysis furnaces, purified flue gases from the burning and charring of biomass are used as a combustible gas, which is re-burnt, supporting the incipient carbonation process.
Initially, the biomass material burns in the furnace, and the flue gases, passing through a series of air and water cleaning and cooling filters, turn into methane, which is again fed to the furnace burners and is used to start and maintain the continuous carbonization of the bio feedstock.
In this way, the gas that is generated by the carbonization process is re-burnt, providing an energy-saving effect of using the furnace. In addition, during the operation of the pyrolysis furnace of continuous carbonization, flue gases are purified and the content of harmful and stinking exhaust is minimized in production emissions, which ensures environmental safety and compliance with environmental standards of the production process of continuous burning of sawdust, biowaste, biomass, straw, etc.
