Tunnel dryer on solid fuels

It is not always possible to operate the conveyor dryers using electric heating heaters. This is due to various factors such as: the lack of adequate fixed wiring, restrictions on electricity for the company or just the remoteness of production of the required high-power energy sources. In addition, there often raises the question of using the dryer heat generator operating on cheap, sometimes gratis fuels such as waste wood sawing and similar types of solid fuels. Company "LTS" has developed, tested and put into operation multilevel conveyor dryers, which combine the principle of the aerodynamic tunnel kiln dryer. The source of the hot and dry air is a heat generator with a spark arrester, which works on any kind of solid fuels (such as firewood).

Duct system delivers dry and hot air directly into the drying tunnel housing, through which the conveyor belt moves drying product is slowly. Thus, throughout the time spent in the chamber tunnel furnace, drying material is influenced by the factors of dry and high temperature environment, which provides a highly efficient drying. The resulting steam, cooled air and combustion products from the heat generator are continuously removed by the same duct system and discharged into the chimney. Dryers of this design are very effective, easy to operate and repair.
