One of the segments is the drying infrared cabinets of the IDC series, which have proven themselves in drying: vegetables, fruits, root crops, leaf spices, teas, herbs, algae, berries, mushrooms, meat, fish, animal and fish feeds, medical and various other types of raw materials.

The principle of operation of the IDC cabinets is to remove the moisture (dehydration) of the raw material by infrared waves evenly throughout the entire area, penetrating deep into and thereby heating the product and the moisture in it. This drying method has many advantages over convective and other types of drying equipment, consider some of them:
